Business/intellectual property attorney turned family wellness entrepreneur + pregnancy-postpartum practitioner.

After nearly 8 years of private practice in Los Angeles, I was ready for a professional change. Eager to contribute both creatively, and strategically, to the development of something, I began to explore various in-house counsel opportunities. With a baby at home (well, actually, at daycare), I realized the increasing importance of being passionate about my work because my time had suddenly become so much more precious. After personal struggles with infertility + transitioning back into the workplace, I craved a place where I could connect with other moms facing similar challenges, while also spending time with my daughter. A place where we could exercise our bodies, nurture our minds + foster community. A place that was close to home + accessible to full-time working moms. This place simply didn’t exist in our local community ... and so it became my dream to create it. In March 2016, happy baby — my family yoga + wellness studio (located in El Segundo, CA) — was born. For the past 6 years, my little haven on Main Street supported, educated, nurtured + enriched the lives of thousands of SoCal mamas … and, in addition to being incredibly meaningful, this experience solidified my passion for empowering + connecting women, especially in those powerful but tender prenatal + postpartum years. In August 2021, my family swapped perpetual sunshine for wide open spaces, moving from SoCal to the PNW (Issaquah, WA to be precise). EARTHSIDE WITH ERIN is an extension of happy baby — a platform through which I can continue to provide postpartum support + maternal coaching — as well as a new chapter in my professional journey as a BIRTH practitioner (DONA-trained). I am honored + humbled to be entrusted with the incredible responsibility of being apart of anyone’s pregnancy or parenthood journey!
